Job Duties
- Promptly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/food truck to guests
- Support servers and bartenders during high-volume service periods
- Maintain clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and floor teams
- Ensure all menu items meet presentation and temperature standards before delivery
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas before and after shifts
