Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must authorize and complete a background check
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of cash balancing and credit card processing preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for operating point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Process payments for Ice Lights guests
- Utilize a reservation and waitlist system to manage guest check-ins and ice walker rentals, including tracking and sales
- Maintain flexibility to work varied hours as operations run 7 days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Assist visitors with questions and provide information about the event
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and balance cash registers
- Contribute to a positive and festive event atmosphere
