Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- can stand on your feet for long periods of time
- current food handler’s permit (can obtain after hire)
- respect for safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work in close proximity to others
Job Qualifications
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling
- creativity in recipe and flavor development
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- experience in food production or related industry preferred
- current food handler’s permit or ability to obtain after hire
Job Duties
- Ice cream churning and baking production
- employee scheduling, training, development, and performance
- inventory management and ordering
- creating and communicating daily production schedules
- maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- recipe development and flavor creation
- meeting health department requirements
- other duties as assigned
