Job Requirements
- high school graduate or GED
- minimum of 3 years experience in food service industry
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to read and understand instructions
- clear verbal communication skills
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- mobility to stand for several hours
- ability to work in slippery and cold environments requiring slip-resistant shoes

Job Duties
- produce hand-crafted ice cream cakes with speed and accuracy
- ensure quality control and attention to detail during cake preparation
- work collaboratively as a member of the team
- lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds safely
- operate equipment and tools required for icing and decorating cakes
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow company safety procedures and wear slip-resistant shoes
