Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read English
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Proper use of knives and equipment
  • Ability to utilize a tray for food and drink delivery
  • Current Food Handler’s and TABC Certifications
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of food and beverage
  • Maintain high awareness of cleanliness throughout restaurant
  • Support servers, bartenders and team members in delivering food and drinks
  • Assist in special cleaning projects including repair maintenance
  • Communicate with guests and coworkers positively and hospitably
  • Assemble and maintain work stations
  • Maintain adequate ice levels for drink preparation
  • Deliver food orders accurately
  • Execute proper food placement and removal at tables
  • Bus and manicure tables
  • Polish silverware and glassware
  • Communicate guest concerns to management
  • Clean and maintain equipment and utensils
  • Report equipment issues immediately
  • Collaborate with team and management
  • Follow all safety and operational checklists
  • Assist servers in maintaining tables and guest satisfaction
