Job Requirements
- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but training is available
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work events schedule mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fried foods such as fries, chicken tenders, and onion rings, following recipes and portion standards
- Set up and maintain fryer equipment, ensuring proper oil levels, temperatures, and cleanliness
- Bread, batter, and monitor cook times for fried items to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with prep tasks including chopping produce, measuring ingredients, and preparing sauces
- Wash, peel, and portion fruits and vegetables as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Restock supplies, assist with inventory, and alert the Kitchen Manager of low stock
