Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift at least 50 lbs
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification
- maintain current TABC Certification
- follow proper sanitation procedures
- comply with alcohol sale and service regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- properly wear uniform while in work areas
- assemble and dismantle bar area according to proper procedures
- maintain cleanliness of entire bar during shift
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipe
- assist guests with menu questions and knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate questions or issues to management timely
- work collaboratively with coworkers and management
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up team for next shift success
- practice proper sanitation and alcohol sale regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar prior to end of shift
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and PR comps
- clean and maintain equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately to supervisor
- have complete knowledge of food and bar menu and mixing drinks according to Ida Claire's recipes
