  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Knife skills and proper equipment use
  • Current Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food items according to recipes
  • Ensure all food products are correctly prepared before cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Execute menu items in designated times set by the Chef de Cuisine
  • Interact with guests and coworkers professionally and friendly
  • Maintain the highest level of food quality
  • Receive and store products according to health regulations
  • Keep kitchen and work environment clean and safe
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain utensils and tools
  • Report equipment issues promptly
  • Wear proper uniform and arrive on time
  • Follow storage, rotation, and sanitation guidelines
  • Label and date prepared products
  • Communicate and collaborate with team and management
  • Read and understand tickets and menu modifications
  • Assemble and dismantle work stations
  • Maintain cleanliness during shifts
