Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year serving experience
- must acquire tips and servsafe certifications
- previous cash handling experience required
- ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in english
- ability to accurately and efficiently input information into micros
- ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- ability to work cohesively with co-workers
- ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
- must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- adhere to all omni rules, policies, procedures, and standards
- greet guests by utilizing the all-in impression standards set forth by omni
- set tables according to type of event and service standards as directed by leadership
- suggestively sell items and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections
- communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests
- record transaction in micros system in a timely manner
- adhere to cash handling standards
- ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
- present accurate check to guest and process payment
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- perform any other duties as assigned by leadership
- be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained
