Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Minimum two years bar experience
  • Valid Operator's License or ability to obtain
  • Food safety certification within six months
  • Ability to perform front of house, kitchen, and shift lead roles within six months
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • English proficiency
  • Reliable transportation for varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Minimum two years of bar-specific experience
  • Valid Operator's License or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to complete food safety certification within six months
  • Proficient in cross-functional roles within restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of customer service standards and company values
  • English proficiency, bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the bar team and maintain high energy and excellent service
  • Train and develop bar staff including conducting quarterly reviews
  • Manage product ordering and bar maintenance
  • Collaborate with management on meetings, projects, and department efficiency
  • Perform all general staff positions as needed including front of house, kitchen, and shift lead
  • Handle administrative tasks such as responding to messages and running special projects
  • Maintain knowledge of craft beers, liquor, and drink preparation
