Job Requirements
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Minimum two years bar experience
- Valid Operator's License or ability to obtain
- Food safety certification within six months
- Ability to perform front of house, kitchen, and shift lead roles within six months
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
- English proficiency
- Reliable transportation for varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Minimum two years of bar-specific experience
- Valid Operator's License or ability to obtain one
- Ability to complete food safety certification within six months
- Proficient in cross-functional roles within restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of customer service standards and company values
- English proficiency, bilingual Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the bar team and maintain high energy and excellent service
- Train and develop bar staff including conducting quarterly reviews
- Manage product ordering and bar maintenance
- Collaborate with management on meetings, projects, and department efficiency
- Perform all general staff positions as needed including front of house, kitchen, and shift lead
- Handle administrative tasks such as responding to messages and running special projects
- Maintain knowledge of craft beers, liquor, and drink preparation
