Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old for cook position
- authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at orientation)
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- able to lift 20-50 lbs
- comfortable using kitchen tools and equipment
- availability for evening and weekend shifts
- open to working late-night shifts once per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen or food service experience advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- comfort using kitchen equipment such as ovens and knives
Job Duties
- Stretch, top, and bake our famous NY-style pizzas
- help with prep and keep the restaurant running smoothly
- clean and organize kitchen
- work with a supportive, fun crew (laughter required)
- maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards
