Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through English language
  • Must be able to use computers
  • Must comply with company’s uniform and grooming standards
  • Must wear SIDA badge/airport ID at all times
  • Availability to work shifts including weekends and weekdays
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to meet basic physical requirements including bending, hearing, speaking, crawling, handling, feeling
  • Possession of valid identification with current address
  • Citizenship verification documents for SIDA badge application
  • Willingness to undergo onboarding process of up to four weeks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to write routine reports and emails
  • Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to count and weigh inventory accurately
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Adaptability to respond to operational challenges
  • Compliance with uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Receive, distribute, and control inventory required for aircraft
  • Report to Provisioning Shift Supervisors and Operation Managers
  • Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties
  • Document incoming and outgoing items
  • Keep a tidy and organized work area
  • Maintain stock of shop supplies
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas
  • Verify documented counts against physical counts of stock
  • Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies
  • Prepare supplies for aircraft
  • Recognize, unload, sort, and count supplies from aircraft and laundry
  • Manage new supplies at processing center
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and workstation
  • Work assigned schedules
