Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- must have identification with current address such as state ID or driver’s license
- must have citizenship verification such as US passport, birth certificate/naturalization with SSN, or green card/employment authorization document with SSN card
- no experience required
- ability to complete SIDA Badge application and security clearance
- ability to work five consecutive days including weekends
- ability to perform physical activities required for ramp duties

Job Duties
- Provide direction to customers on divestiture
- communicate effectively with others in a work environment and with the public
- meet/exceed company expectations relating to professionalism, knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness of service
- provide extraordinary customer service
- direct passengers from the aircraft to the terminal
- provide connecting passengers with gate information
- confirm all passengers who require mobile assistance have been serviced
- provide an umbrella to each customer during inclement weather and collect it upon entering the terminal
- confirm passengers boarding pass destination and direct them from the terminal to the aircraft
- provide a gate check baggage tag for larger bags
- liaise with gate, ramp, and flight crew regarding any on-board issues
- maintain a clean, safe work area at all times
- perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
