Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements for approval to work in specific ATS environments including a ten-year work history if applicable
  • Must be able to communicate in basic English
  • Must be able to use computers for training
  • Must always wear appropriate uniform and badge/ID
  • Must comply with ABM Aviation Standards of Employment and company policies including zero tolerance discrimination and harassment
  • Must comply with regulatory agency requirements including ADA, ACAA, DOT, TSA, FAA
  • Must have identification with current address and citizenship verification documents for SIDA badge application
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be willing to work the fixed PM shift and weekends
  • Must comply with grooming and uniform standards
  • Flexible and able to complete onboarding process up to four weeks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous aviation, aircraft appearance, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to use computers for training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area
  • Provisioning tasks such as placing the correct safety card in each seatback and ensuring linens and headsets are properly provisioned
  • Ensuring all aircraft areas are free of debris
  • Conducting security searches as required
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
