Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments including a ten-year work history if available
- Must be able to communicate with basic English language
- Must be able to use computers for training
- Must be willing to work the part-time AM shift from 05:30 AM to 09:00 AM including Saturday, Sunday, and three weekdays for five consecutive days
- Must comply with ABM's grooming and uniform standards and always wear SIDA badge/Airport ID
- Must comply with all policies outlined in the ABM Aviation Employee Handbook including zero tolerance discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ethics, and security policies
- Must comply with regulatory agency requirements including ADA, ACAA, DOT, TSA, FAA and local authorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to use computers for training
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Compliance with grooming and uniform standards
Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area
- Provisioning the correct safety card in each seatback
- Ensuring linens and headsets are properly provisioned
- Ensuring all areas of the aircraft are free of debris
- Conducting security searches as required
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
