Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must communicate effectively in English
  • ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, bend, and crawl for 2/3 or more of the work shift
  • ability to lift up to 75 pounds during work shift
  • must wear appropriate uniform and badge/ID at all times
  • comply with ABM industry standards of employment
  • comply with company policies including zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment
  • comply with regulatory requirements including ADA, ACAA, DOT, TSA, FAA
  • must possess valid SIDA badge and airport ID
  • flexible to work assigned shift including weekends
  • able to pass security clearance and background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • experience in airport, housekeeping, or service-related roles preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and employee handbooks
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to present information and respond to questions professionally
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise cabin cleaning team members
  • distribute cleaning schedules and allocate zones
  • maintain and dispense cleaning supplies and tools
  • monitor adherence to standard operating procedures
  • clean aircraft interiors including crew rest areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin areas
  • provision safety cards, linens, and headsets
  • coach and mentor cleaning team
  • provide performance input for evaluations
  • ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
  • perform administrative duties including equipment checks, scheduling, and security documentation
  • guide cabin High-lift drivers when applicable
