Job Requirements
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
- Ability to coach 15-20 hours per week
- Experience working with children
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with flexible work-from-home options

- Experience with social media marketing and digital content creation

Job Duties
- Coach children in soccer sessions for 15-20 hours per week during the season
- Coordinate marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media management, flyer and poster distribution
- Maintain safety and well-being of children at all times
- Follow structured lesson plans to conduct organized soccer sessions
- Engage with children using positive affirmation and encouragement
- Collaborate with territory directors to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage and build digital content such as webpages and social media posts
