Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Technical field of study, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar applicable discipline or equivalent experience
  • Four years of planning/scheduling experience or a Master’s Degree and two years of related experience
  • Ability to support development of program and proposal schedules
  • Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule updates and reporting
  • Ability to support work-around or recovery plans implementation
  • Knowledge of program schedule performance monitoring
  • Understanding of compliance with company, customer, and industry requirements
  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Technical field of study, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar applicable discipline or equivalent experience
  • Four years of planning/scheduling experience or a Master’s Degree and two years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Experience building DoD EMD schedules
  • Preferred knowledge of scheduling tools such as SSI Tools, Presentation Pro, Barbecana Full Monte Schedule Risk, and WBS Pro
  • Strong interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers

Job Duties

  • Support the development of process-compliant program and proposal master, intermediate, and detailed schedules
  • Proactively engage in program execution and risk management
  • Assist program management in periodic Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and prepare reports for customer and/or business management personnel
  • Support the implementation of work-around or recovery plans
  • Support the team in monitoring program schedule performance and activities
  • Support the development of critical and driving path analyses
  • Support that schedules are fully compliant with company, customer, and industry requirements (DID 81861, IPMR-Integrated Program Management Report or IPMDAR - Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
