  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours without compromising quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and with integrity, manage deposits, and contribute to revenue growth
  • Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  • Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically, maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
