- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry, following standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products
- Respond to requests with urgency and genuine warmth, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours without compromising quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately and with integrity, manage deposits, and contribute to revenue growth
- Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
- Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically, maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
