Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality management or relevant college degree with related experience
- proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- coach and train hospitality staff to deliver excellent guest service
- uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
- oversee food quality, create promotions, and manage inventory and beverage purchasing
- communicate effectively and resolve guest concerns promptly
- analyze operational reports and participate in meetings
- provide versatile support to various team functions as needed
