Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality management or relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • coach and train hospitality staff to deliver excellent guest service
  • uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
  • oversee food quality, create promotions, and manage inventory and beverage purchasing
  • communicate effectively and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • analyze operational reports and participate in meetings
  • provide versatile support to various team functions as needed
