Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- valid driver license for the applicable state
- acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for questions and complex problems in partnership with Housekeeping leadership
- clean and maintain appearance of public areas
- perform deep cleaning of assigned areas
- set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and nightly concierge events
- clean and set up meeting room functions
- deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests
- drive shuttle van as needed
- comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safe and efficient operations
- clean and buff floors daily
- shampoo carpets and furniture as needed
- clean public restrooms and ensure maintenance during shifts
- handle luggage assistance requests
- practice safe work habits
- manage lost and found items per standards
- submit daily assignment checklists to supervisor
- turn in keys and assignment sheets at end of shift
- perform other tasks as assigned
