Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • valid driver license for the applicable state
  • acceptable motor vehicle driving record
  • ability to convey information and ideas clearly
  • ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
  • ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for questions and complex problems in partnership with Housekeeping leadership
  • clean and maintain appearance of public areas
  • perform deep cleaning of assigned areas
  • set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and nightly concierge events
  • clean and set up meeting room functions
  • deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests
  • drive shuttle van as needed
  • comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safe and efficient operations
  • clean and buff floors daily
  • shampoo carpets and furniture as needed
  • clean public restrooms and ensure maintenance during shifts
  • handle luggage assistance requests
  • practice safe work habits
  • manage lost and found items per standards
  • submit daily assignment checklists to supervisor
  • turn in keys and assignment sheets at end of shift
  • perform other tasks as assigned
