Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • manage reservations and update guest records accurately
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • handle financial transactions and maintain front desk records
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • assist with administrative tasks as needed
