Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through training and communication
- manage lost-and-found items with care
- maintain strict key control and manage access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files
- uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- support housekeeping management during absences by stepping into supervisory duties
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times
