Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity monitoring
- lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants with communication and training
- manage lost-and-found items, key control, and access to secure areas
- ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the property
- step in to fulfill duties of the Housekeeping Manager when necessary
- maintain safety and security protocols consistently
- coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
