Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of hotel or related experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • attention to detail
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • knowledge of cleaning equipment and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity monitoring
  • lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants with communication and training
  • manage lost-and-found items, key control, and access to secure areas
  • ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the property
  • step in to fulfill duties of the Housekeeping Manager when necessary
  • maintain safety and security protocols consistently
  • coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
