- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
- Or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Duties
- Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in tip-top shape
- Dream up sales plans, champion the budget, and connect with big accounts to keep bookings booming
- Utilize reports and technology tools to streamline operations and enable smart decision making
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving issues promptly and with a positive attitude
- Inspire, support, and lead the team through effective coaching and team-building activities
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders
- Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
