Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate reservations and front desk records using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
