Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience or culinary degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Food Handlers Certification as per state regulations
- Proven ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills with active listening
- Ability to work well under pressure and make swift decisions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and service
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements)
- Strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action

- Prepare and supervise food items with precision, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality, portioning, and presentation
- Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service
