Job Duties
- oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections reports and productivity checks
- lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through training and clear communication
- manage lost-and-found items maintain key control and oversee access to sensitive areas
- uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across all facilities and equipment
- ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- assist the Housekeeping Manager in their absence
- coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
