Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
- Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
- Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
- Access and control sensitive areas in the hotel including master keys guestrooms storage liquor room and secured filing cabinets
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
