Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage) or a four-year degree with 2-3 years experience or a two-year degree with 3-4 years related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by skillfully managing teams and partnering with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- Proactively spot challenges and tackle them head-on to ensure every day at the hotel flows as efficiently as possible
- Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and training Guest Services staff, and help all team members from managers to hourly employees grow through development programs and ongoing training
- Listen actively, understand concerns, and keep the lines of communication clear with both colleagues and guests
- Work confidently with financial info and data, using math skills to support hotel operations
- Use Windows Operating Systems for smooth management and reporting
- Set standards for professional appearance and grooming to meet company guidelines
- Bring a friendly, service-focused attitude to guest and teammate interactions ensuring satisfaction
