Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality preferred
  • knowledge of hotel management systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively

  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally

  • handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • process reservations and maintain accurate records
  • resolve guest complaints with effective problem-solving skills
  • manage financial transactions and balance the front desk cash drawer
