- Prior experience in sales coordination or administrative roles in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage sales files, contracts, and client communications accurately
- Act as the primary communication link between sales teams and clients
- Coordinate small group sales and meetings to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain flexible schedule to support hotel operations during weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales department goals
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely distribution of vital documents
- Collaborate effectively with Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager
