Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work more than 47.5 hours per week as required
- Experience directing a team of three or more full-time associates
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regularly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or Manager on Duty
- Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and support associates to enhance their performance and growth
- Direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in administrative, executive, or professional tasks
- Monitor and maintain operational standards across departments
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
