Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
  • 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • proficient in windows operating systems spreadsheets and word processing
  • effective in handling stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • valid driver's license from the applicable state

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional service to guests ensuring their needs are met and experience is enhanced throughout their stay
  • motivate coach counsel and discipline front desk personnel ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
  • anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
  • manage financial aspects of the front desk including maximizing room revenue and occupancy through effective rate management and analysis
