Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR)
- Ability to convey information clearly
- Ability to evaluate situations quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure

- Valid driver’s license for applicable state
- Minimum of one year driving experience

- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Job Duties
- Drive guests to designated locations
- Assist guests with luggage
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on schedule
- Greet guests in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Deliver messages, flowers, packages to guest rooms
- Escort guests to rooms upon request
- Provide information, maps, and directions
- Ensure lobby reader board is correct
- Maintain cleanliness of motor entrance, front door, and lobby area
- Load and unload luggage carts and van
- Answer console to assist guest services agents
- Show guest rooms and suites as needed
- Complete room changes
- Comply with company standards and regulations
- Other duties as required
