  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
  • spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
  • be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude
  • exhibit great customer service skills
  • assist with setting up meeting rooms and events
  • safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items
  • practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries
