Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work overtime
- Commitment to professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage
- A four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience or a two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Supervisory background
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with financial data
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively spot challenges and resolve them to ensure efficient daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support employee development programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Work confidently with financial information to support hotel operations
- Use Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting tasks
- Ensure professional appearance and grooming standards are met
- Provide friendly and service-focused interactions with guests and team members
