Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or related field
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • team up with the food and beverage manager to serve up unforgettable experiences
  • ignite food and beverage sales with creative promotions and lively marketing ideas
  • inspire your crew with great communication, coaching, and encouragement
  • manage cash handling, ensure top-notch service quality, and resolve guest issues positively
  • assist with schedules, inventory, and productivity to ensure smooth operations
  • lead safety, compliance, and quality standards in partnership with the food production manager
  • participate in meetings and adapt to new responsibilities with flexibility
