- Valid driver’s license for applicable state
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Minimum one year driving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain composure and objectivity in high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and name tag
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Load and unload luggage carts
- Escort guests to rooms
- Check and store luggage with luggage tags
- Deliver messages to meeting rooms
- Deliver flowers and packages to guest rooms
- Complete room changes
- Maintain current listings of local attractions and activities
- Maintain list of local transportation guides
- Assist housekeeping with guest requests
- Ensure lobby reader board accuracy
- Provide information, maps, and directions
- Open doors for guests
- Answer phones to assist guest service agents
- Conduct house count by computer
- Show guest rooms and suites emphasizing company amenities
- Perform other duties as required
- Access hotel's back of house areas and sensitive information
- Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised
- Access and control sensitive hotel areas including safe, master keys, storage, and secured file cabinets
- Drive safely on behalf of the company
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
- Represent the company with good character and sound judgment
