Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience in hospitality or related industries
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of employment laws

Job Duties
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for all positions
- Communicate, instruct, and enforce HR policies, employment laws, and property regulations
- Lead training, orientation, coaching, and development programs for staff and managers
- Manage wage, salary, and benefit programs, set up performance evaluations, and maintain union relations
- Spearhead safety incentive programs, Loss Prevention SOPs, and committee participation
- Streamline internal communications, maintain personnel files, expedite reporting, and keep record-keeping organized
- Promote open-door policies, friendly service, encourage feedback, and keep employees engaged
