Job Duties

  • Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for all positions
  • Communicate, instruct, and enforce HR policies, employment laws, and property regulations
  • Lead training, orientation, coaching, and development programs for staff and managers
  • Manage wage, salary, and benefit programs, set up performance evaluations, and maintain union relations
  • Spearhead safety incentive programs, Loss Prevention SOPs, and committee participation
  • Streamline internal communications, maintain personnel files, expedite reporting, and keep record-keeping organized
  • Promote open-door policies, friendly service, encourage feedback, and keep employees engaged
