Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • HVAC Universal Certification required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Three years of related HVAC, VRF systems and electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • HVAC Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Three years of related HVAC, VRF systems and electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in airport operations
  • Understanding of Johnson Control Systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications

Job Duties

  • Perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and installation of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning and ventilation and plumbing applications
  • Install, maintain, and repair package units, split systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment
  • Install, repair, and maintain light commercial rooftop units, boilers, controls, and other mechanical equipment
  • Conduct brazing, soldering, welding, pipefitting, and fabrication
  • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and service motors, pumps, compressors, ducts, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and training requirements
