Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- HVAC Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Three years of related HVAC, VRF systems and electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays

- Understanding of Johnson Control Systems
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications
Job Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and installation of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning and ventilation and plumbing applications
- Install, maintain, and repair package units, split systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment
- Install, repair, and maintain light commercial rooftop units, boilers, controls, and other mechanical equipment
- Conduct brazing, soldering, welding, pipefitting, and fabrication
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and service motors, pumps, compressors, ducts, and controls
- Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and training requirements
