Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
  • Basic knowledge of tools, construction, or HVAC materials preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support technicians as needed

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver HVAC parts, tools, and materials to job sites in a timely manner
  • Transport equipment and supplies between the warehouse, suppliers, and field technicians
  • Assist HVAC technicians on job sites with general labor and installation support when needed
  • Help load and unload equipment, materials, and tools for service and installation jobs
  • Maintain organization of parts, inventory, and materials in the warehouse and service vehicles
  • Verify parts and materials against job tickets to ensure accuracy
  • Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
  • Communicate with dispatch and technicians regarding delivery status and job needs
  • Assist with warehouse tasks including stocking, organizing, and inventory management
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
