Job Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience working with hvac systems
- strong understanding of industrial equipment and lockout/tagout (loto) procedures
- prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- apprenticeship and/or technical training completion
- HVAC Mechanical State License may be required
- EPA certification card may be required
- eligibility to access controlled data or information
- US person status required for itar compliance

Job Duties
- perform mechanical work to ensure design and manufacturing is to original equipment manufacturer (oem) or design specifications including tooling design, lapping, milling, pipe fitting, equipment assembly and alignment, clearances and tolerances specs, torque specs, multi-axis alignments for cnc machines
- maintaining and working on hvac equipment with refrigerant
- maintaining water cooling towers and water chillers
- service and repair rotating and reciprocating machinery including pumps (vacuum, cryogenic, water, fuel), single and 3 phase motors up to 50hp, combustion engines (generators, auto, diesel), fans, blowers, compressors, machine punches, brakes, molders, ovens, furnaces, environmental chambers, welders
- design, repair, build and modify application specific plumbing including vacuum, cryogenic and high-pressure using condition designed materials and components
- safely use tools including, but not limited to, mill, lathe, grinders, drills, calipers, dial indicators, various gauges, meters (vacuum, temperature, electrical, pressure) and wrenches
- maintain accurate records in computer maintenance management software by documenting activities and results contributing to future evaluation and improvement opportunities
- follow directions and work schedules according to the assigned maintenance coordinator or supervisor and the work order processing system
- any other task assigned by supervisor or management
