Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or food service
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication skills
- valid driver’s license for delivery driver

- ability to learn food preparation techniques quickly
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership or supervisory experience for front leader and kitchen leader roles
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- take and enter orders from phone walk-ins and drive-thru
- prepare basic food items like salads and package orders
- train new front crew members and handle customer disputes
- close the store by completing closing lists and shutting down POS
- assist in kitchen tasks like dough preparation and oven catching
- oversee kitchen shift operations in the absence of kitchen manager
- ensure timely and quality order completion
- deliver orders to customers professionally and courteously
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
