Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar preferred
- 2 years plus human resources or administration experience preferred
- 1 year Workday ERP system experience preferred
- 1 year ATS, HRIS, or ERP system experience required
- familiarity with intellectual and developmental disabilities field preferred
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple projects and multitask
- ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- ability to acquire thorough understanding of organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices
- excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to travel as needed
- proficient in utilizing ATS and ERP systems to manage hiring pipeline

Job Duties
- Process all new hire paperwork
- communicate status to supervisors
- maintain databases
- participate in recruitment efforts
- assist onboarding
- process new hire forms and paperwork
- respond to all general HR inquiries, audits, and requests
- process background checks
- communicate status to supervisors
- maintain clearance database
- conduct safety assessments
- act as custodian of records
- support sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of top talent
- liaise between hiring managers and candidates to coordinate and conduct interviews, referrals, and related business processes
- utilize job boards, career pages, and social media to advertise and market open positions
- organize and attend career fairs, virtual interviews, and recruiting events
- manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity via ATS and Workday
- generate offer letters
- facilitate communication between HR team and Program Managers
- troubleshoot and provide support in Workday
- complete and administer assigned business processes
- provide training and oversee rollout of new Workday applications
