Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources support roles
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with HR software and data reporting tools
- Willingness to work on-site at Lake Charles, Louisiana
- Ability to support military-affiliated personnel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project human resources or related HR roles
- Strong knowledge of employee relations laws and best practices
- Experience with conflict resolution and mediation techniques
- Skilled in conducting investigations and writing reports
- Ability to facilitate training and development sessions
- Proficiency in HR software such as PowerBI and TalentWorks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with immigration and relocation processes is preferred
Job Duties
- Manage employment-related investigations including intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, report-writing, corrective actions, and debrief meetings
- Coach and advise management through employee relations matters such as interpersonal conflicts, policy application, performance management, and workforce reductions
- Support mediation and resolution of conflicts within project teams to promote continuity
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops to enhance team capabilities and foster synergy
- Coordinate career development plans and assist with performance discussions
- Provide guidance on upper feedback meetings and promote talent development culture
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new team members
- Support immigration processes and provide relocation assistance nationally and internationally
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture
- Analyze employment cycle data to recommend improvements in turnover and organizational effectiveness
- Create and maintain reports in PowerBI and TalentWorks
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline staffing processes
- Maintain staffing tools for forecasting requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by Project HR Lead or Manager
