Job Duties

  • Warmly and professionally welcome visitors, while assisting them with onsite needs
  • Manage the front desk, including security access, checking in guests, and supporting executive and customer meetings
  • Operate the main phone system, while screening calls, updating the general mailbox message, and relaying messages
  • Open and distribute office mail as needed
  • Create seasonal office decorations and atmosphere
  • Assist with HR onboarding and offboarding tasks such as preparing new hire desks and collecting offboarding items
  • Update and maintain employee information within BambooHR
  • Proactively maintain work resources such as office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen
  • Partner with building management and vendors for maintenance, parking, and janitorial services
  • Support, plan, and assist with local employee events including meetings and activities
  • Prepare and manage shipping services such as UPS and FEDEX
  • Function as the building safety champion, ensuring workplace health and safety
  • Assist with monthly safety walkthroughs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
