Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HR and office administrative experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, keen judgment and the ability to be discreet on sensitive matters, detail oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through skills, experience using Microsoft Office, excellent decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask, strong teamwork and relationship building skills, collaborative strong team and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly and professionally welcome visitors, manage the front desk including security access and checking in guests, operate the main phone system including screening calls and relaying messages, open and distribute office mail, assist with HR onboarding and offboarding including preparing new hire desks and collecting offboarding items, update and maintain employee information in BambooHR, maintain office supplies and employee food and beverages, maintain cleanliness of common areas, partner with building management and vendors, support and assist with local employee events, prepare shipping such as UPS and FEDEX, act as the building safety champion, assist with monthly safety walkthrough, perform other duties as assigned
