Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of direct Human Resources experience preferred
- above average written and verbal communication skills
- experience working with a HRIS
- knowledge and experience with Colorado FAMLI
- must be able to pass a drug test and background screen

Job Duties
- Recruit, interview, hire and onboard employees
- coaching and counseling employees
- review timecards and leave requests to ensure accurate payroll submission
- ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- planning and coordinating employee events
- manage Workers Compensation claims with the support of the Safety Coordinator
- support corporate initiatives through communication and training as needed
