Job Duties
- Manage daily human resources operations including recruitment onboarding training and employee relations
- partner with department leaders to support staffing needs performance management and employee development
- administer employee relations matters including coaching counseling investigations and corrective action
- ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies
- coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training programs
- oversee benefits administration leave management and personnel records
- maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation
- support performance review processes and talent development initiatives
- promote employee engagement recognition and retention programs
- serve as a resource for team members regarding policies procedures and workplace concerns
- prepare HR-related reports and track key metrics as required
- perform other duties as assigned
